How to install it---(We will provide detailed installation instructions)

Scratches and damages on the surface of stainless steel sculptures can be repaired by the following methods:

Grinding and polishing: For shallower scratches and small area damages, sandpaper or grinding wheels can be used for grinding, gradually reducing the depth of the scratches. Then, a polishing wheel and polishing paste can be used for polishing to restore the surface's luster and flatness.

Repair welding: If the damage is severe and cracks or notches appear, repair welding can be carried out. First, clean the damaged area thoroughly, then use the appropriate welding process for repair welding, and finally carry out grinding and polishing treatment.

Chemical treatment: Specific chemical agents are used to remove scratches and damage marks, while restoring the surface properties of stainless steel. However, this method requires professional operation to avoid further damage to the sculpture.

Re-surface treatment: In extreme cases, if the scratch and damage area is large and difficult to repair, it is advisable to consider re-surface treatment of the entire damaged area, such as re-brushing or sandblasting.

To maintain the consistency of luster after the restoration of stainless steel sculptures, the following methods can be considered:

Fine grinding and polishing: Use gradually finer sandpaper for grinding, followed by meticulous polishing operations to ensure that the glossiness of the repaired area gradually transitions with that of the surrounding area without a clear boundary.

Select the same treatment process and tools: During the repair process, try to use the same processes, tools and materials as the original surface treatment to achieve similar effects.

To determine whether the polishing of stainless steel sculptures is uniform, the following methods can be used:

Visual observation: Observe the surface of the sculpture from different angles under natural light or uniform illumination. If there are no obvious differences in light and dark, inconsistent reflections or mottled phenomena on the surface, it usually indicates that the polishing is relatively uniform.

Touch inspection: Gently touch the surface of the sculpture with your hand to feel its flatness. If there are no obvious uneven or rough areas, the polishing may be relatively uniform.

Comparative inspection: Compare different parts of the sculpture to see if the glossiness and smoothness are similar.

With the aid of tools: A gloss meter can be used to measure the gloss values of different areas. If the values are similar, it indicates that the polishing is uniform.
