Manufacturing Steps
STEP1
First making a 3D modelling effcet pitcures for client to confirm
STEP2
Using digital sculpting making a baby sculpture(reduce in scale);passing above two steps, client can see which their want.
STEP3
Next step We're going to make a large size model what client ordered, with 1:1 scale, stainless steel plate to do its epidermis, the metal steel pipe is the internal support frame.(Throughout the production process, we will continue to advance and provide photos to the end)

Shipping (Try our best to do the smallest area and strongest to pack products,in order to save shipping fee for clients.
Manner of packing:blanket + pearl wool + bubble film + steel shelf(for FCL= Full Container Load) /wooden box (for LCL =less than container load)
STEP 5
How to install it---(We will provide detailed installation instructions)
WHAT IS FRP?
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), commonly known as fiberglass, is a remarkable material that has gained significant popularity in various industries due to its unique properties and versatile applications.
FRP is composed of a combination of fibers, typically made of glass, and a resin matrix. The glass fibers provide strength and reinforcement, while the resin acts as the binder that holds the fibers together. This composite structure gives FRP excellent mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact resistance.
One of the key advantages of FRP is its lightweight nature. Compared to traditional materials like steel or concrete, fiberglass is much lighter, making it easier to handle, transport, and install. This feature is particularly beneficial in applications where weight reduction is crucial, such as aerospace, automotive, and marine industries.
FRP also exhibits outstanding corrosion resistance. It is not affected by chemicals, moisture, and most environmental factors, which makes it highly suitable for use in harsh conditions. This makes it an ideal choice for manufacturing components in chemical plants, wastewater treatment facilities, and coastal structures.
The durability of FRP is another notable characteristic. It has a long service life and requires minimal maintenance. It does not rust, rot, or deteriorate easily, ensuring the integrity and performance of the products made from it over an extended period.
In terms of design flexibility, FRP offers great possibilities. It can be molded into complex shapes and configurations, allowing for custom designs and innovative solutions. This makes it a preferred material for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional products in architecture, furniture, and consumer goods.
FRP is also an excellent insulator, both electrically and thermally. This property makes it suitable for applications in electrical equipment, insulation panels, and heat shields.
Furthermore, FRP is recyclable, contributing to environmental sustainability. Although the recycling process may be somewhat challenging, efforts are being made to improve and expand recycling capabilities to minimize its environmental impact.
In summary, fiberglass reinforced plastic is a remarkable material that combines strength, lightweight, corrosion resistance, durability, design flexibility, and insulation properties. Its wide range of applications and beneficial characteristics make it an indispensable material in numerous industries, driving innovation and providing efficient and reliable solutions.
The uses of fiberglass reinforced plastic
Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) can be used to create a variety of landscape products. Here are some examples:
Sculptures and Art Installations: FRP can be molded into unique and creative sculptures of various shapes, sizes, and themes. These can be placed in parks, gardens, or public spaces to add an artistic touch.
Benches and Seating: FRP benches are lightweight yet durable and can be designed in different styles to blend with the surrounding landscape.
Planters and Flower Pots: FRP planters can come in various shapes and colors, providing an attractive way to display plants and flowers.
Fountains and Water Features: FRP can be used to create the structure of fountains and water features, allowing for complex and decorative designs.
Pergolas and Arbors: These structures provide shade and architectural interest in gardens and outdoor areas.
Signage and Directional Markers: FRP signs can be custom-made and are resistant to weathering.
Playground Equipment: Such as slides, climbing structures, and swings, offering a safe and colorful play experience for children.
Decorative Columns and Pillars: These can enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
Light Fixtures: FRP light fixtures can add both illumination and style to the landscape.
Bridge Components: In some cases, FRP can be used for parts of small bridges or walkways.
The versatility of FRP allows for endless possibilities in creating visually appealing and functional landscape products.
